Privacy Policy

This explains what we collect when you use OnlyReels, why, and what you can do about it. It goes with our Terms of Service.
1. Who we are
OnlyReels is run by LIVEBUDDY LIMITED (Company No. 16898054, registered in England and Wales, registered office: 82a James Carter Road, Mildenhall, IP28 7DE). We are the controller of your personal data. Contact us about privacy at support@onlyreels.app.
2. What we collect about you
- Your account: your email address and a hashed password, or your Google sign-in. If you log in with slt.bio, we read your slt.bio plan to set your discount.
- Your subscription: your plan, its status and Stripe’s customer reference. Stripe holds your card details; we never see them.
- What you do in the app: the accounts you follow, the account requests you send us, and basic usage records to keep the service working and fair.
- Security: IP addresses are hashed before we store them, and used for rate limits and abuse checks. The sign-up and login forms use a Cloudflare Turnstile check to stop bots.
3. What we do not do
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with Meta, Instagram or any advertising network, we do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels, and OnlyReels never posts to or reads your own Instagram account.
4. Creators shown on OnlyReels
OnlyReels shows public information about public Instagram accounts: profile pictures, follower counts, public Reels with their captions, views, likes and comments, and when they post. We collect it through data providers that read public Instagram pages, and we keep a daily history so we can show growth. We do this in our legitimate interest in offering trend research, and we only use what the account has made public.
If this is your account, you can ask us to remove it, or ask what we hold, by emailing support@onlyreels.app. Once we have checked the account is yours, we take it off OnlyReels and stop collecting it, usually within a day.
5. Our legal bases
- Contract: to run your account and subscription
- Legitimate interests: to keep the service secure, stop abuse, improve it, and show public account data as described above
- Legal obligation: to keep financial records and answer valid legal requests
6. Who helps us run OnlyReels
- Supabase: sign-in and database
- Vercel: hosting
- Cloudflare: network, security and the Turnstile bot check
- Stripe: payments
- Resend: account emails
- Google: if you choose to sign in with Google, and our support inbox
8. Where your data goes and how long we keep it
Some of these services store data outside the UK, including in the United States. Where they do, the transfer is covered by the UK’s adequacy rules or standard contractual clauses.
We keep your account data while your account is open. When you delete it, we delete your account data, except billing records we must keep by law (usually six years).
9. Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, delete or move your data, or object to how we use it. Email support@onlyreels.app and we will answer within 30 days. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
10. Age
OnlyReels is for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone younger, and we delete it if we find it.
11. Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will tell you by email or in the app.
