Terms of Service

1. The service

OnlyReels (onlyreels.app) is run by LIVEBUDDY LIMITED (Company No. 16898054, registered in England and Wales, registered office: 82a James Carter Road, Mildenhall, IP28 7DE) (“we”, “us”). It ranks public Instagram Reels by how fast they are growing and shows public numbers and our own analysis for the accounts that post them.

OnlyReels is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Instagram or Meta. Instagram is a trade mark of Meta Platforms, Inc.

2. Your account and age

You need a valid email address or a Google account to sign up, or you can log in with your slt.bio account. Keep your login safe: you are responsible for what happens on your account. One account is for one person; do not share your login.

You must be 18 or over to use OnlyReels. If we find an account belongs to someone under 18, we close it and delete its data.

3. Plans and payment

Free: a sample of 15 of today’s Reels, with no card needed.

OnlyReels: £7.99 a month or £79.90 a year, or the price shown at checkout, billed through Stripe. Taxes may be added depending on where you are. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel.

slt.bio discount: while you also pay for an slt.bio plan on the same login, you pay less (£6.99, £5.99 or £4.99 a month, depending on the plan). If your slt.bio plan changes or ends, your OnlyReels price changes from your next bill.

Cancelling: cancel any time from your account page. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for. We do not refund part periods, except where the law says we must or under your right to cancel below.

4. Your right to cancel (UK and EU consumers)

You normally have 14 days from buying to cancel a distance contract without giving a reason, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 or your local equivalent.

OnlyReels is a digital service that starts as soon as you pay. By subscribing you ask us to start straight away, and you agree that if you cancel within the 14 days we may charge for the part you have used. To cancel this way, email support@onlyreels.app. This does not affect your other legal rights as a consumer.

5. How you may use OnlyReels

Use OnlyReels to research Reels and accounts for your own content and business. You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, copy or export the rankings, scores or account data by automated means, or resell or republish them
• Share your login, or let other people use your subscription
• Use OnlyReels to harass, stalk, impersonate or contact any creator in a way they have not agreed to
• Try to get around the free plan’s limits, our rate limits or our security
• Use OnlyReels to build or market a competing product

If you break these rules we may suspend or close your account.

6. Reels and creators shown on OnlyReels

The Reels, thumbnails, captions and pictures shown on OnlyReels belong to their creators. We show public information and play videos straight from Instagram; we do not host them. Seeing or downloading a Reel here gives you no right to reuse it. A download is for your own reference. If you want to post, edit or use someone else’s Reel, you need their permission.

If you are a creator and want your account removed from OnlyReels, email support@onlyreels.app. Once we have checked the account is yours, we take it off OnlyReels, usually within a day.

Copyright complaints go to the same address with “Copyright” in the subject. Tell us what the work is, where it appears, how to reach you, and that you own it or act for the owner.

7. Our numbers and scores

Views, likes, follower counts and growth come from public data and can be late, rounded or wrong. Scores, ratios and labels such as “Big reach, quiet fans” are our own analysis, not facts about an account. We do not promise that using OnlyReels will grow your account or your income.

8. Our service and our rights

The OnlyReels software, design, rankings, scores and the OnlyReels name and logo belong to LIVEBUDDY LIMITED. These terms give you a personal, non-transferable right to use the service while your account is open. We aim to keep OnlyReels running all the time, but we do not guarantee it, and we may change or remove features.

9. Limitation of liability

OnlyReels is provided “as is”. As far as the law allows, our total liability for any claim about the service is limited to what you paid us for OnlyReels in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, such as for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

10. Closing your account

You can delete your account from your account page or by emailing support@onlyreels.app. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. What happens to your data is in our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales deal with any dispute. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you by email or in the app before the change applies to you.
